Please help me on the attached issue getting in the Qlik Access Point currently.

Hi @chandu441, seems access point is accessed by internet so there is a lot of things that can be the issue. First try open access point from the same server, if it works then try from local network, if it works that would mean a network problem probably related to a firewall or antivirus, if it works, menaing it only fails from internet the cause can be the same as previous and adding some possible issues with dns, router.
So, first confirm if it works from local server to know where the issue can be.

Hi! You are going over https (port 443) Is http (port 80) working?
Try to restart the services once and try?
