Qlikview IIS server migrate SR10 to SR12

Hi,

We are going to upgrade QV 11.2 SR 10 to SR 12.

We are using Qlikview IIS. Please let me know which option will I get while migrating SR10 to SR12.

IS IT CORRECT SCREENSHOT?
