Qlikview Management console got reset

Hi Freinds,

I am administrating qlikview server in a company since last 3 months. Something caused the QMC lost the mounted folders and scheduled tasks. Is it possible to restore the previous settings?

You can try to restore a QVPR from before the failure. The QVPR is a folder, with xml files, that contains the configuration for QlikView, including Tasks and mounted folders.  Before doing this I would recommend that you take a snapshot of the server.

Yes it was very helpful. Though i did not go for restore as i applied the licence back to the users as of now. If required then i will follow this.
