Qlikview Performance

HI,

In my file having an 8.4 GB QVD file.

NOw without effecting performance in system, how much should i need to have ?

Currently i am having 4 GB RAM in my system whether  it will support with out reducing the performance of QVW file, and how much time it may take to reload the data.

Any idea regarding this Question.

It's not really possible to know, estimates would be about 4 to 6 times memory needed to load those files.

Whenever you're working with QVD is always a good practice to split them in smaller files, I'd say no bigger than 1 or 2 GB.
