Qlikview Upgradation from 11.20 SR9 to 11.20 SR12

Hi,

We would like to update service release from 9 to 13. COuld you please let us know the steps for server,publisher and desktop.

Can we upgrade directly from 11.20 SR9 to SR13, or first 11.20 SR9 to SR12 and then 11.20 SR12 to SR13. ?

You should be able to go directly from SR9 to SR12.

The upgrade procedure is pretty simple, just running the resp. installer for server & publisher and desktop client.

The installer should detect the previous installation and offer an upgrade installation.

The procedure itself should be explained in the server reference manual as well.
