Qlikview alert is not working??

Hiii

I've setup the SMTP mail server in management console and the test email was sent successfully

Now I added an alert in qlikview application but in the user preference mail setting when I test the connection it gives me error

Take a look at the error. Perhaps it can tell you where to look for the cause.
