Qlikview filter and detail level

In the sheet 1-  We want to show closed ticket-(Status-Closed)

In the sheet 3 - we want to show all open ticket(status<> 'closed')

In the sheet 3- click on "oldest open case"- then detail records within 54 days will open

in the sheet 3- click on "open ticket"- then detail records will open

work with Triggers on your textobjects in sheet3

can you elaborate more what to do?

so there is no Detail records on sheet3, but a table ticket Details on sheet1

you write field Status, but in textfield you use field @_statu; please explain

As per the requirement sheet one should display closed record but sheet 3 other than closed on.

@Status- Contains information status of the ticket- closed/blank-open, awaiting confirmation
