It is working fine in desktops and laptops. but it is not working in ipads/iphones.

when it try to connect the report  it gives white screen.

but when i go to access point and type username and password it loads the reports in ipads.

so i think there is a problem in my user authentication in ipads.

let me explain my problem.

we pass username/password, reportname, report path in url to open documents from our application. so when we using ie,firefox,chrome the report opens. but it doesn't open in safari.

also when i use ipads it doesn't work in chrome and safari.

but when i go to access point and type userid/password manually i can open documents in ipad.

hope you can understand my issue

do you use active directory to select users ?

We select users from active directory and it works beautifully on all devices, ipads, iphones etc

no need to use small device version.
