I am not getting the IE Plugin, how to get this IE plugin in Accesspoint.

Can you explain what is IE client? and can you send the IE Client download link?

a client for IE, kind of like the ajax client but specific to IE. If you've installed the server, you should see the download link in your accesspoint, at the top of the page.

You can also find the plugin client in your server installation folder or from qlikview downloads page.

Is the Access Method setting IE client enabled for that document in the QMC?

Some of the user are able to see the IE plugin but some cannot.

I login in the Access Point page and I don't see any plugin v11.0

I use Internet Explorer 9

Any ideea on how to download the plugin ?

open QMC (Qlikview management console)

goto System tab, Setup

choose web server

and verify you have checked plugin download (see image)

then reopen access point and follow Fernando instructions
