Qlikview upgrade

Hi

We have upgraded Qlikview from 11.2 to 12.0. The management console reflects this version. However, the actual app shows 11.0. Is this normal?

Well, then AFAIK it's QlikView Desktop. The Free/Full version are the same but in the full version you introduce a License or Lease one from the server, but it's the same application.

It's recommended to have matching versions of the QV Server and QV Client for compatibility reasons.

You have to update QlikView Desktop Client too. They're two different products.

You have to upgrade both desktop and server to 11.2 SR12 in order for the new SR version to be reflected on each.

As per the 1st screenshot, You did not upgrade your desktop version from older version to SR12.

As per 2nd screenshot of QMC, you have upgraded your server/pub.
