QlikviewDoc cal not working

Hi,

I've assigned doc cals to few users and also assigned cal to those Apps but when the user accesses it through access point.. they get the following message .. The srever(QVS ) has no user cal for your account..We are using NTFS authorization and the users have access to the Windows server as well..

Any boday has any idea on  this..?

Did you find a solution? I have the same problem and I think, it is correctly set in QMC(SS).

HI Jacek,

In my case it was a config issue which was pointed out by Qlik suppport although with no proper justification.. Can you check if a meta file is generated in the folder where you have your qvf fles as soon as you apply a document cal.. what message are you getting in the logs..?
