Question Mark displayed rather than actual answer

Hi,

I am using a pivot table and for some reason the value on screen is being displayed as a question mark (?), however when I export the table to excel the value is displayed correctly....?!

Searching around this does not seem to be a common issue. Has anyone come across this before?

Not sure I completely understand, Would you be able to show screenshots of the table in the application and its export?
