I have a bar chart with 4 expressions. For each expression I have checked the Value on DataPoint option. The bar chart appears but no data vales. If I turn the option on for 3 of the expressions, the data values appear. Can anyone tell me why ths is happening??
I just enabled "Value on data points" for all the 4 expressions...
Just export your report to Excel or clone the report to Straight table and check whether you are getting the value for all the expressions.
Also i'm using version 10.00.9282.0409 and its working fine..check your version also..

Dont konw the exact reason but this always happens when you you turn on the value on data points for too many expresions. Seems to be some type of built in limit.
Hi,
I just tried the same in the bar chart with four expression's and Value on Data point is enabled..I can see that the bar chart works correctly and it is shown below..
I hope this is what you want.

I'm visng version 9. I found the issue. There is a parameter for the the chart called something like Display Number of Values". I forget which tab it's on. In my case it was set to 10. However I had 12 values. (4 expressions over 3 dimensions). Whe I uppde the paraeter to 15. It worked.
Thanks!
