Recipe for a Pareto Analysis

Hi All

I try to duplicate the HIC post on the above mentioned :-

http://community.qlik.com/blogs/qlikviewdesignblog

I am not able :-

1. Make the chart Bar show yellow color when it is less then 80%

2. How to plot a blue line at 80%.

3. How to sort the sales column.

Enclosed my QV doc

Hi HIC

you mentioned the below :-

What I mean with "calculating on the fly" is to be able to calculate the Pareto Class as a Calculated Dimension or as a Calculated Field in a List Box. I do not think this is possible.

I don't understand what you mean.  8020 cannot cal on the fly ?

in order for me to understand it , i like to ask  you open my QV doc. when you click on the either button , it does cal 8020.

So from the QV doc it does able to cal on the fly.

Hope you can share with me .

Your pareto chart will of course calculate no matter which selection you make. Which is excellent and exactly what you want.

But what I meant with "on the fly" is to make the same pareto calculation but without this chart. To put the same logic in a formula that you can use as Calculated Field in a list box or as Calculated Dimension. I have not found a way to do this with today's set of functions.
