Delete the QlikTech folders in C:\Users\UserNameHere\AppData\Roaming\ and C:\Users\UserNameHere\AppData\Local
Thank you Gysbert for your quick response, I did what you told me and afterwards reinstalled QV Personal Edition on the workstation but when the user tries to open the qvw that he uses to modify he gets the message that the document has been recovered more times than permitted. How can he open it in order to do a "save as" and use the script and objects in the qvw file
try this :
uninstall qlikview and do what gysbert said and
go to >> run>> regedit>> search qliktech delete that folder and then restart system and install freshly QV desktop , try this
Hi Prem. thank you for your tips.
I did all this and now I got a fresh start of QV but when the user tries to open the file QV says that the file has reached the limit of times opened . If he can´t open the file he has to redo it from scratch ..
