You could do it in script.

When you load the data you could make a left join and add a calculate column making sum().

But we need you explain a little more about the model. What is the calculation for gpr2, gpr3 and gpr4 for example.

I see the attached file, wich no script code is there. Explain how is the calculation, do you want to do a cumulative sum?

I think is like finance and economics tables, but you never told something.

I could not able to calculate it on Model level so did it on DB level using cursor.
