Replace "IF" with set analysis

Hi,

Is there any way to remove "if" statement in this expression and use everything in set analysis?

=sum({<[Type]={'AR'}, [Date1]={'<=$(=date(fDate))'}>}if( ([Date2]>date(fDate) or IsNull([Date2])) and  date(fDate)-[Date3] < 100,[Amt],0)

if( ([Date2]>date(fDate) or IsNull([Date2]))   as Flag
