Hello all,

my question is, while creating a report I want to display a listbox with a selection of horizontal values (in this case a seelction of weeks of the year)

In the concerning report the selected fields will be displayed in vertical direction

Because of lack of space not all values are presented, they will be cut off. This is the reason to let the values be displayed in horizontal direction. But I haven't found a solution for this.

Are you looking to sort it by Frequency?

Frequency isn't chosable, it is grey.

Is frequency sort criteria a way to change the display?

I don't want to sort it, I want to get it displayed on the report like in qlikview itself in horizontal direction.

Do you have another idea?

Hi again,

Yes, sort by frequency could help but to display your values horizontally you have to uncheck "Order by Column" Option in Presentation Tab aswell.

Strange! Which version are you using? and can you create new list box and try the same? I couldn't figure out which selection you have made to disable the frequency checkbox.

Really strange,

I try another listbox and it is the same. Bu it depends of the field, which is used for the list box. Some fields can tick the frequency and some not.

As it is not my file and I don't know the real datastructure, I cannot say what is behind the fields.

I tried with another file and it worked for me. Thanks for your work.
