Roboto & Roboto Mono fonts not workign in Browser in QlikView

Hi,

I am using Roboto & Roboto Mono fonts in QlikView dashboard and the version is QV 11 SR 15. However both are not working in the browser (Chrome & IE).

Can anyone know the reason why in the browser the fonts are not working however in the desktop version this works and how to resolve it?
