Rolling Totals

I would like to create a rolling total by month.  I have found some great examples in the community, but unfortunately I am not getting my expected totals.  This is the expression I am using: sum( aggr( rangesum( above( Count({<[Record OSHA Form]={'Yes'}>}[Date of Injury]),0,12) ),Safety_Month))

Safety_Month	Total #	Recorded #	Lost Time #	Running Sum	Running Sum (Correct)
Jan 2015	1	1	0	1	1
Feb 2015	3	1	0	2	2
Mar 2015	4	2	0	4	4
Apr 2015	2	0	0	0	4
May 2015	1	0	0	0	4
Jun 2015	0	0	0	0	4
Jul 2015	0	0	0	0	4
Aug 2015	0	0	0	0	4
Sep 2015	0	0	0	0	4
Oct 2015	0	0	0	0	4

The last column is what I need the calculation to be.
