Scheduled Job runs Forever in Qlikview.....

Hi All,

When I run the Qlikview Application manually it runs perfectly.

But when I run the same Qlikview Application through QMC it shows running forever.

So Pls reply why my reloading is not happening in QMC...

Please find the attached log files.

Try this

Remove all from Distribution tab except the admin user and run it agin

Hi,

In this case I would suggest you to take backup for .pgo,.shared and .Meta files from your document folder to another folder. Make sure you don't have any of the files specified in the your document folder.

Then restart QlikView services once and try to schedule or run tasks now.

Hi,

Actually when i configure the mail server in QMC, my reloading is failed and sends the alert mail to all prescribed users.

But when i correct application errors and reload it using QMC then also my applications shows failed.But when i do it manually using desktop client it reloads perfectly.

After that if i re-setup the mail server, then again the reload using QMC works fine.

Does the user your server is running at have permissions to access the files and the databases you are querying?

Does the reload script have any dependencies on mail access?

Check which user the server is running as right click file > properties > security
