Secondary Chart Axis

I am trying to normalize a dataset by utelizing a second data set. In Excel i am able to do this by charting the data sets on didfferent axises. Can someone help me understand how to create a second axis on a combo chart? or can it be done in qlikview at all?

I currently have one data set in a stacked bar with total values ranging from 0 to 7.5 Mil. The second data set is in a line and ranges from 0 - 20K. from this you can understand that my line graph is not visible or useful at the present time. Please HELP.

In the Axes tab under Chart Properties, select the expression that will go on the secondary y axis and select the Right radio button under the Position group.
