Security of User Application

I am distributing clients to a remote location. I would like them to be able to manage their security themselves.

Desired functionality is as follows:

Ability to change password

Ability to specify password length/type/complexity

Logging of password activity (number of accesses vs incorrect passwords etc.)

Last time logged on successfully message

Recertification - specification of a time in which password much be changed

I don't think that there is much on the list available, but I wanted to check before saying ......
