Select more then one field in a Listbox

I would like to select more then one result in a listbox. The results are on different positions

(for example two and eight).

How can I do it?

Select one & then select the next one by holding down the ctrl key.

.....usual windows keys including shift for a group of values

for Windows it's ok but how can I do it with pararells and MAC?
