Send to XL with formatting.

My end users are expecting the report to be formatted when we click the send to xl button. Can anyone help me here?

Hi Enrique,

I have a straight table chart with 5 Dimensions and 10 Metrics in a specific format on Qlikview document. Users want to use the button send to XL in that straight table as they do so, they want the data to be exported with the page set up to be in a printable format.

Not Possible. Send to excel creates reports in default format.

I may be achieved using macros. but I am not sure.

Maybe generating Excel reports using NPrinting (third party reporting solution for QlikView) could be a solution for you:

I would suggest two ways here:

• Nprinting Tool
• Second you do this by the help of macro and run that macro through export button.
