Dear Team,
While installing server, i am not receiving the 'authentication type' (Use digital certificates or Use QlikView Administrators Group) after provided user and password. It is directly jumped to installation palette and if i install the below error is coming. Can you let me know why it is coming, how can i resolve this issue? Thanks.

Download is allowed to customers and partners, registered. It requires a user valid in the single sign on recorded as partner or customer.
How did you got SR2 package? You can find other release there...

It is already available with us, since old staff has already gone, no information available about this. We have licence information stored. Can we get the information with this licence information?

You might to register as customer, using your license references if requested.
Try to contact Partner that sold you the license or Qlik Support.

The issue is resolved by System Admin Team, got resolved without new SR8. However can you please give me some information about licence LEF information.
At licence location, it is showing as option whereas without this information it cannot be updated. I have LEF information whereas date is already expired, so what can i do at this situation? I am successful with server licence information whereas DISTRIBUTION Licence LEF information has expired date.

Based on LEF information, server has valid licence and distribution has expired date. Can we upgrade it?
