Dear Friends,

Kindly explain the concept of Session Collaboration

session collaboration is new feature in QV11.

It helps to those users who do not have assigned licences able to view the documents when session is started and shared with those repected users.

With session collaboration:

- one user is in a QlikView Applikation within his rights for data.

- This user can invite other people which are in the same network to view his session.

- All invited are seeing the same data, the same filtered values, the same objects and sheets.

- Anyone in the session can make selection or change the sheet

It only works with AJAX-View and can be allocated to each .qvw

Its a feature of qlikview 11 that creates a session for multiple users to view the application and the data for the users who do not have the license or access to do so when initiated by the user having a license for the same.

Quite useful for multiple users where licenses are limited or in meetings for analysis purpose.
