Sessions logging stopped

Hello!

The Qlikview server is currently logging Events and Performance correctly, but Sessions aren't being logged since November.

This might have something to do with our changing the panels folder from the default location. It might also be unrelated.

Is there anyone that solved a similar problem that might have a suggestion on what to try?

I have dug a little deeper into the problem and it looks like the following is happening:

1 - The logging is going on as normal, and logs are saved to the default folder for the QVS Cluster.

2 - Our users are logging in through the Access Point of the distribution service.

3 - The distribution server is correctly logging the activities and has logging enabled.

However, there is no way (that I know of) to track the usage of dashboards in the access point through the distribution logs.

How can I track access to dashboards, or at least logins to the access point from different accounts?
