Set dimension column width Based on Column name using macro

Hi All,

I know we can set the width of a column on pivot table through macro based on column number.

Can we set the width of a column based on dimension column name?.

For Eg: I have pivot table with A,B & C dimension column. I want to hide the column B which is positioned at Column2. But i cannot define in the macro Column number 2 must be hidden (Column2 width =0). Becoz, User may drag the column like in the order B, A &C. So i want to say the column name (B) in the macro to be hidden. It doesn't matter of orders.

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Durai.

Hi Ashok,

Thanks for your reply. Its woking fine. But this macro hiding the dimension column based on Label of that dimension field.

Are we able to achieve the same based on dimension field name instead of label value?.

Because, in my application having different language display of that dimension column label.

Thanks,

Durai.
