Setting a default bookmark to create an app landing page

Hello, I hope you are doing well. My name is Ardavan, I'm a business intelligent analyst at SCOPEinsight and we use Qlik for app developments. Recently we ran into an issue which is regarding setting a default bookmark to create an app landing page. I read the relative documentation and followed the steps (https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/November2021/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Bookmarks/set-defaul...) however, there seems to be an issue since the user is still seeing the overall sheets once they open the app and not our desired landing page which is the homepage in this case. 

I wonder if there's a way to solve this issue.
