Sharing a current selection - can I share just one field of the current selections?

Hi.

I created a new button to open a .qvw, and I added an Action "Open QlikView Document" and checked the checkbox "Transfer State" to pass the selections.

how can I share only one field of the current selections?

With a bit of tinkering. Create an alternate state and transfer that alternate state to the other document. You will first need to pass the selection in your one field from the default state to the alternate state you created. You can use Select in Field action for this and choose that same alternate state for that action. You can add the Select in Field action to the OnSelect trigger of the field involved.
