Show all months even if no data

I have created a pivot table which has the months across the top. If I select some data e.g. actuals - the months which have no data disappear.

Is it possible keep the headings so that the table alwyas shows the same number of columns. The formula currently reasds Sum(Value). If I chaneg this to have 12 formul;as for 1 mont this might work, but not sure of most efficinet way of doing this.

i.e. I always want to show all 12 month names irrespective of if there is any data.

Hi,

Goto 'Dimension' tab, Check "Show all values"........then Move to "Presentation" tab, UNcheck "Suppress Zero -Values".

Hope this would give your desired output.
