Showing top 5 reasons in a table

Hi,

I have a dashboard where theatre consultants can see their theatre utilisation, there starts and finish times, their throughput etc. I want to have a table on the dashboard showing the top 5 reasons for starting late and finihsing early. I have the field I need in a table but how do I get it to just show the top 5 reasons for that consultant/speciality etc?

Thanks,

Thank you but I dont have the dimensions limits tab as an option. I have a dimensions tab but I cant see where the limits are set anywhere.

Are you running QV11? The dimension limits did not exist in QV10.

In 10, you would need to incorporate the limits model using a calculated dimension and/or Aggr expressions and the Rank function. If you give more details (field names, calculation logic etc), someone should be able to assist you.

Hi,

you need to use the Straight Table or Pivot Table, which are objects of type "Chart", not a "Table Box".

Hi,

Seems like you are using a Pivot table.

Please see the attached example - second dimension of the pivot table.
