Have created a SSO to use with recently purchased QlikSense Cloud Enterprise, but cannot log Support calls as only recognised as a Guest....
Going around in circles....any advice?

I believe your account needs to get flagged as a customer or partner account by Qlik to access the support portal.
Please contact qoncierge@qlik.com to get help on this.
Until your online account is sorted you should be able lodge support calls by phone.
