Does the QVW grow in considerable amount of size if I increase the number of charts. I am just thinking of having multiple charts with calculated and hidden conditions to make the original charts lighter.

Hi Naresh,
it depends on the complexity of the charts - how many formulas, calculated dimensions etc. there are.
If you just replace the original charts with a greater number of easier charts to have the same effect, there should not be a considerable difference ...

The .qvw file will grow a bit larger, but not significantly. The data will usually make up the bulk of the size. More charts can have a large impact on the ram usage. This depends on how costly each chart is to calculate and how many are visible at the same time. See this blog post for more information: Recipe for a Memory Statistics analysis
Thank You both.
I have six charts(it is one common expression for all the charts where only the dimensions change) which shows data for the latest 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. So, expression has all the three if conditions to show data depending on the selection by the user. My plan is to break that into 3 different charts and give a calculation and hidden condition so that until the user selects the particular button, the other two charts are hidden and will not be calculated as well. My idea is... it will be faster this way as for each selection the expression is simple now. And again I doubt it is too complex with more number of charts.
