Slowly Changing Dimension and Master Calendar

Hi, All.

I have a task to develop QV model for App.

I need to implement a model with the ability to keep a history of changing the bundle Rented place -  Tenant.

If I choose Rented place 1.1 and time period  01.01.18 - 01.05.18 SalesAmount must be calculate like X+Y, not  Y+Z  (like w/o history Rented place -  Tenant)

How to implement this task?
