Please help with this business question stacked bar charts.
The requirement is to display only 6 items in a stacked bar; however the underlying data has about 26 variables. In the display the first 1-5 blocks will be those with the highest count value. Number 6 displayed as “other” will include an aggregation of all other values.
In the use case if a user should select the 6th value this would only display 6 more blocks in the bar identifying the second group of 5 by name and the 6th as “Other”.
If the users should select on the initial chart lassoing item 5 and 6 then number five would be the largest of the values.
You need to set this up on the 'Dimension Limits' property tab. Tick the top check box to restrict values, select the 'Show only' radio button and alongside it say 5 in the text field, and then under the Options tick 'Show Others'.
