Straight Table Cell with text and background image

Is it possible to have each cell in a straight table reflect text and the text to have a background image? say a colored circle?

The only option I can think of it 2 tables overlapping each other

Not quite. That's two different cells. Looking to have the green color image behind the text overlapping

Yes. Overlapping don't think that's possible unless is overlap the tables

With image, no. But if you just need color you can add BackGround Color expression and can still have text on top of it.
