Kishor, did Nadia's link get you what you needed? I would expect the issue is you have done something in the Load script from that QVD that is braking the optimized load, which will cause things to be slower. The 'fix' for this is to load the QVD into a temp resident table, then reload the resident table to perform any transforms, and then drop the temp table. Hopefully that makes sense, let us know if you got things sorted, if you did something different, consider posting what you did and use the Accept as Solution button to mark it as the correct solution after you post.
