I guess .. with qlikview is not posible but you can try with an object extension (using jscript and CSS).

Hi,

take a look to this extension. It is a modified version of a regular text box, that let you do things like having different formats within a single textbox. I'm not sure if you can have the functionality that you mention, but give it a try or you can make a suggestion to the developer of that extension:
