office time between 9AM to 6PM

I want to findout the actual time taken by TASK A ,TASK B, TASK C

From the community I have copied and pasted the code. I am facing problem while i am trying to change inline(DT1,DT2) to actual script( Date raised, Date resolved). After that I want to do average by severity.

Please help.
