Going to need a sample QVW so I can test, and it would be helpful too if you let us know what version you are running, as if you are not on the latest SR of the version, that is the first thing I would try to see if there were any fixes that may have already addressed things, but I do not recall any issues with Reloadtime function lately. The only thing I am wondering is if in the process of distributing the app to the Accesspoint from Publisher if that is doing something, but I do not believe that should be the case, but about only thing of which I can think where there would be an issue.
