To calculate percentage of outliers for Avg MTTR

Hello Experts,

I need to calculate outliers for Avg MTTR which I am able to calculate using formula:

(If(((RESOLVED_TIME-ARRIVAL_TIME)*24)>(Avg(RESOLVED_TIME-ARRIVAL_TIME))*2,'Y','N'))

Below is the screenshot.But we also need to calculate the Percentage of outliers.

Can you please help here.

Rekha, please consider attaching QVW file on this one, or at least an example with data model and chart with expressions specific to the issue, likely the only way you are going to get help on this one, trying to figure these out without that is often difficult at best, so if you want quick responses, consider attaching app.

Sorry I am of little help on this one, my post will kick it back up, so someone may see it and come up with something, but I would consider posting some further details as well.
