To enable zoom in google map to view all bubbles by scrolling

Hey guys,

I am using a Google map and a scatter chart over it to display information related to a particular area.

I also use a slider for zoom in and zoom out.But beyond a zoom level when i try to zoom in further the bubbles do not appear as the zoom is based on the center of the current display.Say I have a world map with bubbles all over Northern America and Asia. When I slide the slider to level 7 or beyond there are no bubbles to be seen as there are no bubbles in Africa(which is now the center of the current display). But when I apply filter over something and have only one bubble in my map(QlikView displays a single bubble always in the center of the display),I am able to see the bubble even at zoom level 17.

I am searching for a solution to zoom in all of the bubbles in the display and have a scroll bar to view bubbles that are on either side of the center position.
Thanks in Advance.
