Total month value of previous year

I'm trying to get a last year cumulative value in above attachment. but i'm can't do it. I want given below table please help me

BCOD	ACTUAL NOV 15	CUMULATIVE UP TO NO 15	ACTUAL NOV 14	CUMULATIVE UP TO NOV 14
CO01	OK	OK	OK	I WANT THIS FIELD
CO02	OK	OK	OK	I WANT THIS FIELD
CO03	OK	OK	OK	I WANT THIS FIELD
CO04	OK	OK	OK	I WANT THIS FIELD
