Traffic Light Gauges and Flags

Hello,

I am new to QV

I trying to create a Traffic light Gauge to show improvement month over month on Total Revenue/Headcount. If the current month last month  is greater than 0 show green, if  it is less or equal to 0 show red.

I have the following expression where Flag1 is current month, Flag3  current year, and Flag2 last month. The gauge it is not working. Please help.

sum(if(Flag1 and Flag3 ='-1',[Total Revenue]/Headcount))-
sum(if(Flag2 and Flag3 ='-1',[Total Revenue]/Headcount))

I have multiple years in the data, so I created Flag3. In the Gauge Seettings i have min =0 max=20000, red LB 0 and green LB 1. I dont even know if this correct.

try with

min     -999999   

max     999999

RED LB              -999999

GREEN LB        0 (or 0.0001)

and in the left bottom unckech autowidth, uncheck relative
