Trigger white color selection to green

I have created triggers to show MaxDate.It should show green for the selection. But it is not showing.

How to achieve this?

How to show current year and Q1,Q2 as this is Q2 as shown in picture.

Go to document properties > triggers> on open set the field with the current year expression that will do
