Unable to add a new sheet

Hello All,

I've been trying for a while now to add a new sheet to an existing Qlikview application but with no joy.  I've taken over this work, as the person who originally created this no longer works for us, but for some reason i can't add a sheet.  I'm fairly new to Qlikview, and it may be something simple, so if any one can help that would be much appreciated.

Go to Settings --> Document properties --> Security and check add sheets options.

Hello Shruti,

I've tried your suggestion and then when I go to Layout at the top of the menu, 'Add Sheet' is still greyed out and not allowing me to add a new sheet.

Check for the Security of your document file  as Shruti said .

I've tried both of your suggestions but I have had no joy.  When i go back into the Document properties after making your suggested changes, the tick boxes have disappeared from the 'Add Sheets' and 'Admin Overrides Security' options, despite me ticking these options, clicking 'Apply' and then 'OK'.

Hi Paul,

You need to click the Add Sheets tick box and also Admin Override Security tick box, I done and it works for me

Are you opening the QVW file directly or are you using Open in Server?

You need to open the QVW directly to add sheets.

Same option works in my system for your QVW. ? Can you pls restart QlikView and try again?
