Unable to see the traffic lights in chart on Access Point Link

Hi ,

Created one chart with traffic lights on dashboard. The same dashboard deployed into server so that users can access the dashboard via access point link.

Now the users or developers unable to see the traffic lights in there dashboard via Access Point Link.

We opened the same dashboard in local client it working fine and able to see the traffic lights.

Can you help me out.
