Unable to view table properties in QlikView v8.5 on Win7

I recently had to reinstall QlikView due to receiving a new computer with Windows 7 (prev on XP), and now any of my qvw files I open I am unable to right-click and view Properties on the tables.  I don't receive an error message - just nothing happens.  Is there a compatibility issue or a setting that may be preventing this?  Other users in my company don't seem to have the issue.  We're using v8.5 as that is what we received from a partner vendor on a project, and it doesn't seem to work to put my former license number into a newer copy of QlikView.

I can't find the manual but I am pretty sure that QlikView 8.5 is not supported on Windows 7.  If you are current on your maintenance fee you should be able to talk to Qlik and get on to a newer version.  I am not totally sure of what kind of license/environment you have so more detail would help.
